Hyundai has worked hard to find ways to please customers, and even with the difficult economy and loss of consumer confidence in many products, Hyundai has won the hearts and loyalty of customers all over the country.
Brand Keys is a New York based brand that measures customer loyalty and engagement. They conduct a survey every year called the Customer Loyalty Leaders list. Hyundai was one of two car brands that made the top 50. It is the highest ranking in the automotive category on this year's report, coming in at number 6.
This is a huge achievement for Hyundai. In 2008, the company was at 295th place. It moved up in 2009 to number 24, and now is number 6. This is due to how much people love the new designs of the Tucson and Sonata cars as well as Hyundai's excellent guarantee and consumer protection plan.
